AGC/VGC放大器

    工作頻率范圍(F):
    指放大器滿(mǎn)足各級(jí)指標(biāo)的工作頻率范圍。放大器實(shí)際的工作頻率范圍可能會(huì)大于定義的工作頻率范圍。

   功率增益(G):
指放大器輸出功率和輸入功率的比值,單位常用“dB”。

   增益平坦度(ΔG):
     指在一定溫度下,在整個(gè)工作頻率范圍內(nèi),放大器增益變化的范圍。增益平坦度由下式表示如下:
    ΔG=±(Gmax-Gmin)/2dB
    ΔG:增益平坦度
    Gmax:增益——頻率掃頻曲線(xiàn)的幅度最大值
    Gmin:增益——頻率掃頻曲線(xiàn)的幅度最小值噪聲系數(shù)(NF):
    噪聲系數(shù)是指輸入端信噪比與放大器輸出端信噪比的比值,單位常用“dB”。
    噪聲系數(shù)由下式表示:NF=10lg(輸入端信噪比/輸出端信噪比) 
    在放大器的噪聲系數(shù)比較低(例如NF<1)的情況下,通常放大器的噪聲系數(shù)用噪聲溫度(T)來(lái)表示。
    噪聲系數(shù)與噪聲溫度的關(guān)系為:T=(NF-1)T0或 NF=T/T0+1

    噪聲系數(shù)與噪聲溫度的換算表 (見(jiàn)圖2)1分貝壓縮點(diǎn)輸出功率(P1dB):
    放大器有一個(gè)線(xiàn)性動(dòng)態(tài)范圍,在這個(gè)范圍內(nèi),放大器的輸出功率隨輸入功率線(xiàn)性增加。這種放大器稱(chēng)之為線(xiàn)性放大器,這兩個(gè)功率之比就是功率增益G。隨著輸入功率的繼續(xù)增大,放大器進(jìn)入非線(xiàn)性區(qū),其輸出功率不再隨輸入功率的增加而線(xiàn)性增加,也就是說(shuō),其輸出功率低于小信號(hào)增益所預(yù)計(jì)的值。通常把增益下降到比線(xiàn)性增益低1dB時(shí)的輸出功率值定義為輸出功率的1dB壓縮點(diǎn),用P1dB表示。
