國創(chuàng)LC濾波器原理及設(shè)計

  LC濾波器一般指無源濾波器又稱正弦波濾波器。具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、成本低廉、運行可靠性較高、運行費用較低等優(yōu)點,被廣泛應(yīng)用諧波治理方法。今天我們國創(chuàng)就說說LC濾波器原理及設(shè)計!

  導(dǎo)致電動機絕緣損壞的根本原因是PWM電壓波形在電動機端產(chǎn)生的過沖電壓,因此很容易想到如果將變頻器輸出端的PWM波形轉(zhuǎn)變成驅(qū)動電動機的理想波形--正弦波,就可以解決問題了。正弦波濾波器即LC濾波器的作用就是將PWM波形轉(zhuǎn)變成正弦波,電纜上傳輸?shù)氖钦也?,和傳統(tǒng)的電動機工作方式一樣,無論電纜多長,都不會產(chǎn)生過沖電壓。

  如圖1所示正弦波濾波器由串聯(lián)電抗L和并聯(lián)電容C構(gòu)成。

  假設(shè)變頻器輸出電壓為U1,經(jīng)過LC正弦波濾波器后變?yōu)閁0,則A=U0/U1=1/[1+(2ππ)2LC]

  因此截止頻率f=1/(2πLC)。

  如果變頻器的載波頻率為fc,則輸出的PWM波形中除了基波外,還含有豐富的諧波,頻率為fc的整數(shù)倍(主要是fc、2fc及3f)。選取適當?shù)慕刂诡l率,就可以將輸出PWM波形中的大部分諧波濾除,是的U0近似為正弦波。圖2為在平臺下的仿真波形。

  LC濾波器參數(shù)設(shè)計

  LC濾波器的電抗和電容必須和電動機的容量精確匹配,否則達不到預(yù)期的效果。對于濾波電抗,增大電抗值可以降低輸出電壓的畸變率,但是當帶載情況不變時增大電抗值無益會降低輸出電壓,甚至?xí)霈F(xiàn)拖不動電動機的情況。增大電容值同樣可以提高輸出電壓質(zhì)量,但是輸出電壓也會有所降低,并且成本也會相應(yīng)增加。因此必須尋求平衡點,既能滿足濾波要求又能降低成本。

  為保證濾波器電抗正常工作,通常留10%左右的電流余量。為保障電動機工作,額定工作條件下壓降不應(yīng)太大,去10%。電容值的選擇與電抗值和變頻器的載波頻率相關(guān)。
