國創(chuàng)如何選擇合適的濾波器

  凡是有能力進行信號處理的裝置都可以稱為濾波器。在近代電信裝備和各類控制系統(tǒng)中,濾波器應用極為廣泛;在所有的電子部件中,使用最多,技術(shù)最復雜要算濾波器了。濾波器的優(yōu)劣直接決定產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)劣,所以,對濾波器的研究和生產(chǎn)歷來為各國所重視。

  如何選擇電源線干擾濾波器?

  有的顧客以為EMI濾波器的插入損耗越高越好,濾波網(wǎng)絡的級數(shù)越多越好。其實這并不是選擇濾波器的正確方法。此外,級數(shù)越多的濾波網(wǎng)絡,價格越貴,體積和重量也越大。其實選擇和評估電源線濾波器的唯一辦法是將其裝到設備上進行試驗。正如上面所提到的濾波器,性能很大程度上取決于設備負載阻抗。而不能單一從阻抗(50Ω)插入損耗數(shù)據(jù)來推導,它是一項濾波元件阻抗與設備阻抗的復雜函數(shù),其量值及相位在頻率范圍內(nèi)有變化。濾波器選擇試驗所要求的傳導輻射控制及靈敏性控制的不同性能等級在設備上進行。

  是不是所有具有相同電路及元件值的濾波網(wǎng)絡,性能都相同?

  所有具有相同電路及元件值的濾波網(wǎng)絡,性能并不一樣.元件值是在某一頻率(通常為1KHz)時指定和測得的,而濾波器的性能是在整個頻率范圍內(nèi)都需要的,而不僅僅在元件測量時的頻率。元件的結(jié)構(gòu)形式及接入濾波器的方法,對濾波器的性能都是相當重要的。

  安裝對濾波器的性能重要嗎?

  安裝及接線對濾波器的性能影響較大。電源線濾波器最好安裝在設備的電源線輸入端。濾波器是高頻信號的障礙,其作用決不能因離散電容耦合電源輸入線與電源輸出線或受保護設備的任何其它導體而失效。
