如何測(cè)量電源模塊的紋波

  電源?模塊紋波指標(biāo)是一項(xiàng)很重要的參數(shù)。干凈的電源是數(shù)字電路穩(wěn)定工作的前提,也是模擬器件的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)的重要保障。為確定電源的質(zhì)量,必須對(duì)電源模塊的輸出紋波進(jìn)行測(cè)量。但很多人測(cè)量得到的紋波值動(dòng)輒上百mV,甚至幾百mV,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)比器件手冊(cè)提供的最大紋波值大,這主要是測(cè)量方法的不正確造成的。如何測(cè)量電源模塊的紋波?看國(guó)創(chuàng)小編整理分享!

  1、要求示波器帶寬為20MHz(大部分中低檔示波器檔位限定在20MHz,好的商品也有200MHz帶寬控制的挑選,目地是防止數(shù)字電路的高頻率噪音危害紋波測(cè)量,盡可能確保測(cè)量的性;

  2、設(shè)定藕合方法為溝通交流耦合,便捷測(cè)量(以更小檔位來(lái)細(xì)心觀察紋波,不關(guān)注交流電平);


如何測(cè)量電源模塊的紋波


  3、確保探頭接地裝置盡可能短(測(cè)量紋波動(dòng)輒上百mV的關(guān)鍵緣故就是說(shuō)電線接頭過(guò)長(zhǎng)),盡可能應(yīng)用探頭內(nèi)置的原裝檢測(cè)短針。假如測(cè)試短針,可以拆卸探頭的電線接頭和殼子,外露探頭地殼,自做接地線盤繞在探頭地殼上,確保電線接頭長(zhǎng)短低于1cm;

  4、示波器地懸空,只根據(jù)探頭地與檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)信號(hào)的參考點(diǎn)共地,不必根據(jù)其它方法與測(cè)試臺(tái)共地(那樣會(huì)給紋波測(cè)量導(dǎo)入較大的地噪音)。比如:當(dāng)示波器和別的儀器共插線板時(shí),別的儀器的電源開(kāi)關(guān)可能性通過(guò)接地線給測(cè)試產(chǎn)生噪音干擾信號(hào)。
