如何測量電源模塊的紋波

  電源?模塊紋波指標是一項很重要的參數(shù)。干凈的電源是數(shù)字電路穩(wěn)定工作的前提,也是模擬器件的各項參數(shù)的重要保障。為確定電源的質量,必須對電源模塊的輸出紋波進行測量。但很多人測量得到的紋波值動輒上百mV,甚至幾百mV,遠遠比器件手冊提供的最大紋波值大,這主要是測量方法的不正確造成的。如何測量電源模塊的紋波?看國創(chuàng)小編整理分享!

  1、要求示波器帶寬為20MHz(大部分中低檔示波器檔位限定在20MHz,好的商品也有200MHz帶寬控制的挑選,目地是防止數(shù)字電路的高頻率噪音危害紋波測量,盡可能確保測量的性;

  2、設定藕合方法為溝通交流耦合,便捷測量(以更小檔位來細心觀察紋波,不關注交流電平);


如何測量電源模塊的紋波


  3、確保探頭接地裝置盡可能短(測量紋波動輒上百mV的關鍵緣故就是說電線接頭過長),盡可能應用探頭內(nèi)置的原裝檢測短針。假如測試短針,可以拆卸探頭的電線接頭和殼子,外露探頭地殼,自做接地線盤繞在探頭地殼上,確保電線接頭長短低于1cm;

  4、示波器地懸空,只根據(jù)探頭地與檢測數(shù)據(jù)信號的參考點共地,不必根據(jù)其它方法與測試臺共地(那樣會給紋波測量導入較大的地噪音)。比如:當示波器和別的儀器共插線板時,別的儀器的電源開關可能性通過接地線給測試產(chǎn)生噪音干擾信號。
