國(guó)創(chuàng)怎么改善模塊電源的紋波

  低頻紋波是與輸出電路的濾波電容容量相關(guān)。由于電源模塊體積的限制,電解電容的容量不可能無(wú)限制地增加,導(dǎo)致輸出低頻紋波的殘留,該輸出紋波頻率隨整流電路方式的不同而不同。

  一般的電源模塊由AC/DC和DC/DC兩部分組成。AC/DC模塊電源的基本結(jié)構(gòu)為整流濾波電路,它輸出的直流電壓中含有交流低頻紋波,其頻率為輸入交流電源頻率的二倍,幅值與電源輸出功率及濾波電容容量有關(guān),一般控制在10%以內(nèi)。該交流紋波經(jīng)DC/DC變換器衰減后,在開關(guān)電源輸出端表現(xiàn)為低頻噪聲,其大小由DC/DC變換器的變比和控制系統(tǒng)的增益決定。

  例如:對(duì)普通24V電源來(lái)說(shuō),電壓型控制DC/DC變換器的紋波抑制比一般為45~50dB,其輸出端的低頻交流紋波有效值為60~120mV。電流型控制DC/DC變換器的紋波抑制比稍有提高,但其輸出端的低頻交流紋波仍較大。若要實(shí)現(xiàn)電源模塊的低紋波輸出,則必須對(duì)低頻電源紋波采取濾波措施。可采用前級(jí)預(yù)穩(wěn)壓和增大DC/DC變換器閉環(huán)增益來(lái)消除。

  低頻紋波的抑制

  a、加大輸出低頻濾波的電感,電容參數(shù),使低頻紋波降低到所需的指標(biāo)。

  b、采用前饋控制方法,降低低頻紋波分量。

  高頻紋波噪聲來(lái)源于高頻功率開關(guān)變換電路,在電路中,通過(guò)功率器件對(duì)輸入直流電壓進(jìn)行高頻開關(guān)變換而后整流濾波再實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)壓輸出的,在其輸出端含有與開關(guān)工作頻率相同頻率的高頻紋波,其對(duì)外電路的影響大小主要和開關(guān)電源的變換頻率、輸出濾波器的結(jié)構(gòu)和參數(shù)有關(guān),設(shè)計(jì)中盡量提高功率變換器的工作頻率,可以減少對(duì)高頻開關(guān)紋波的濾波要求。

  a、提高開關(guān)電源工作頻率,以提高高頻紋波頻率,有利于抑制輸出高頻紋波。

  b、加大輸出高頻濾波器,可以抑制輸出高頻紋波。

  c、采用多級(jí)濾波。

  由于功率器件與散熱器底板和變壓器原、副邊之間存在寄生電容,導(dǎo)線存在寄生電感,因此當(dāng)矩形波電壓作用于功率器件時(shí),模塊電源的輸出端因此會(huì)產(chǎn)生共模紋波噪聲。減小與控制功率器件、變壓器與機(jī)殼地之間的寄生電容,并在輸出側(cè)加共模抑制電感及電容,可減小輸出的共模紋波噪聲。
