肖特基二極管的主要參數(shù)

  肖特基二極管不是利用P型半導(dǎo)體與N型半導(dǎo)體接觸形成PN結(jié)原理制作的,而是利用金屬與半導(dǎo)體接觸形成的金屬-半導(dǎo)體結(jié)原理制作的。它是一種熱載流子二極管。用來(lái)表示二極管的性能好壞和適用范圍的技術(shù)指標(biāo),稱為二極管的參數(shù)。不同類型的二極管有不同的特性參數(shù)??磭?guó)創(chuàng)總結(jié)肖特基二極管的主要參數(shù)!

  1、最大整流電流IF

  是指二極管長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)工作時(shí),允許通過的最大正向平均電流值,其值與PN結(jié)面積及外部散熱條件等有關(guān)。因?yàn)殡娏魍ㄟ^管子時(shí)會(huì)使管芯發(fā)熱,溫度上升,溫度超過容許限度(硅管為141左右,鍺管為90左右)時(shí),就會(huì)使管芯過熱而損壞。所以在規(guī)定散熱條件下,二極管使用中不要超過二極管最大整流電流值。

  2、最高反向工作電壓Udrm

  加在二極管兩端的反向電壓高到一定值時(shí),會(huì)將管子擊穿,失去單向?qū)щ娔芰?。為了保證使用安全,規(guī)定了最高反向工作電壓值。

  3、反向電流Idrm

  反向電流是指二極管在常溫(25℃)和最高反向電壓作用下,流過二極管的反向電流。反向電流越小,管子的單方向?qū)щ娦阅茉胶谩V档米⒁獾氖欠聪螂娏髋c溫度有著密切的關(guān)系,大約溫度每升高10℃,反向電流增大一倍。

  4.動(dòng)態(tài)電阻Rd

  二極管特性曲線靜態(tài)工作點(diǎn)Q附近電壓的變化與相應(yīng)電流的變化量之比。

  5最高工作頻率Fm

  Fm是二極管工作的上限頻率。因二極管與PN結(jié)一樣,其結(jié)電容由勢(shì)壘電容組成。所以Fm的值主要取決于PN結(jié)結(jié)電容的大小。若是超過此值。則單向?qū)щ娦詫⑹苡绊憽?br />
  6,電壓溫度系數(shù)αuz

  αuz指溫度每升高一攝氏度時(shí)的穩(wěn)定電壓的相對(duì)變化量。uz為6v左右的穩(wěn)壓二極管的溫度穩(wěn)定性較好!
