  帶通濾波器是一種選頻裝置,可以使信號(hào)中特定的頻率成分通過(guò),而極大地衰減其他頻率成分。利用濾波器的這種選頻作用,可以濾除干擾噪聲或進(jìn)行頻譜分析。那么帶通濾波器的安裝及遵循原則是怎么樣子的呢?看國(guó)創(chuàng)總結(jié)!

  安裝帶通濾波器時(shí)應(yīng)遵循以下原則:

  1、接地線(xiàn)越短越好。

  2、在電源入口處就近安裝,最好用濾波器殼體蓋住機(jī)箱上的電源線(xiàn)入口孔。

  3、避免濾波器附近有強(qiáng)干擾源。

  4、濾波器殼體與機(jī)箱良好搭接。

  5、濾波器輸入輸出線(xiàn)分開(kāi),不能并行或交叉。

  如果欲在高頻獲得極佳的濾波性能,那么濾波器很容易由于其PCB走線(xiàn)和/或?yàn)V波與未濾波分界面上導(dǎo)線(xiàn)的射頻泄漏而使其性能發(fā)生降級(jí)。許多工程技術(shù)人員對(duì)濾波器周?chē)纳漕l泄漏疑惑不解,濾波和未濾波走線(xiàn)及導(dǎo)線(xiàn)必須盡可能地彼此遠(yuǎn)離,而且沒(méi)有其他走線(xiàn)或?qū)Ь€(xiàn)穿過(guò)附近濾波/未濾波的邊界線(xiàn),通常,對(duì)濾波器未濾干凈的殘余泄漏采用屏蔽技術(shù)是非常必要的。

  如果外部電纜濾波后進(jìn)入具有地平面的PCB板或用作射頻地的一個(gè)工業(yè)儀表面板,濾波器應(yīng)安裝在電纜進(jìn)出PCB板或儀表面板的位置上,并且要直接連接到射頻地線(xiàn)上。

  如果外部電纜經(jīng)濾波后進(jìn)入屏蔽機(jī)柜,濾波器應(yīng)安裝在機(jī)柜的壁上,并且要在安裝孔的周?chē)恢芘c柜壁進(jìn)行導(dǎo)電連接。隔離式濾波器是最好的選擇(例如,穿心電容),但一般都比較貴而且難于安裝。

  市場(chǎng)上也可以采購(gòu)某些型號(hào)的濾波連接器,比如D型連接器(通常只有1nF的電容,不過(guò)磁珠、T和π型濾波器也是有效的)。
