詳解正確的肖特基二極管使用方法

  肖特基二極管常用于交流電壓轉(zhuǎn)換成直流電壓電路中,也常常用來做穩(wěn)壓電路,限幅電路,續(xù)流電路,國創(chuàng)今天就挑幾個常見且重要的電流來分析一下。
  
  1、在開關(guān)電源的電感中和繼電器等感性負載中起續(xù)流作用,這個功能非常實用。
  
  開關(guān)A和開關(guān)B分別利用PFET和NFET開關(guān)實現(xiàn),構(gòu)成一個同步降壓調(diào)節(jié)器。“同步”一詞表示將一個FET用作低端開關(guān)。用肖特基二極管代替低端開關(guān)的降壓調(diào)節(jié)器稱為“異步”(或非同步)型。處理低功率時,同步降壓調(diào)節(jié)器更有效,因為FET的壓降低于肖特基二極管,主要由Rds(on)決定。然而,當電感電流達到0時,如果底部FET未釋放,同步轉(zhuǎn)換器的輕載效率會降低,而且額外的控制電路會提高IC的復(fù)雜性和成本。肖特基二極管可以用作續(xù)流二極管,肖特基的PN結(jié)比較特殊,這使它具有非常小的結(jié)電容,存儲電荷很少,因此這種結(jié)具有非??斓拈_關(guān)速度,可以用于高速嵌位。肖特基二極管特長是:開關(guān)速度非???,反向恢復(fù)時間特別短。因此,能制作開關(guān)二極管低壓大電流整流二極管。
  
  2、肖特基二極管作用的類比水流模擬
  
  經(jīng)常將電壓比作水壓來模擬,同樣肖特基二極管的功能也可以類似水流來模擬。肖特基二極管相對電流就像是一個單向閥門,正向偏置時,只要偏置電壓超過閾值電壓,閥門就會打開,水流可以順利流下來;對于反向偏置時,閥門無法打開,沒有水流流過。
  
  3、肖特基整流二極管
  
  利用肖特基二極管單向?qū)щ娦?,可以把方向交替變化的交流電變換成單一方向的脈動直流電。
