淺談野戰(zhàn)光纜的使用條件

  野戰(zhàn)光纜以多個單根光纖通過著色、堆疊成帶和二次套塑的光纖帶為單元加工成的野戰(zhàn)光纜。光纖帶有兩種,即包封型和邊粘型,前者能承受橫向壓力,后者厚度較薄。每帶內可有4、8、12或16根光纖。帶內光纖間距為0.28mm(對于4、8)和0.3mm(對于12和16),整齊排列,垂直方向上有平面度,即偏離度要求不得大于如30、40、50um(依帶內光纖數而定),以便于集群(熔接)接續(xù)。帶內光纖有序地使用色譜,利于檢修和接續(xù)時認別無誤。光纖帶體積小,可提高野戰(zhàn)光纜中光纖的集裝密度,可構成芯數很大的,如320直至3456芯。適用于當前發(fā)展迅速的光纖接入網。
  
  各國野戰(zhàn)光纜中光纖基本上采用緊包緩沖結構而形成0.9-1mm的光纖單元。增強元件以芳綸纖維為主,有的伴有以纖維增強塑料棒。護套多數采用阻燃聚氨酯,也有報道用氯丁橡膠和聚酯。
  
  采用一種光纜結構容納不容光纖類型(如多模光纖、單模光纖、色散移位單模光纖、抗核加固光纖、大芯徑光纖等),光纖經被覆而形成統(tǒng)一外景的光纖單元,從而滿足不同的使用要求。
  
  要求采用抗核加固光纖以滿足未來戰(zhàn)爭的需要。
  
  野戰(zhàn)光纜其中抗張力的加強元不是金屬而是芳綸紗和玻璃纖維增強塑料(FRP)。主要應用在強電場合,如電力和鐵路通信系統(tǒng);同時,在跨江過河或復雜地形等大跨距場合。ADSS野戰(zhàn)光纜可以不停電施工,耐電痕,溫度范圍寬。電力傳輸線路中地線中含有供通信用的光纖單元。該種野戰(zhàn)光纜做到兩全,即地線的電性能和機械性能不因設置了光纖而受到損害,光纖單元也要適當地受到保護而不致損傷。有鉛骨架型、不銹鋼管型以及野戰(zhàn)光纜型等幾種。
  
  野戰(zhàn)光纜專門為野戰(zhàn)和復雜環(huán)境下需快速布線或反復收放使用條件下使用而設計的無金屬光纜,具有重量輕、方便攜帶;抗張力、抗壓力、強重比高;柔軟性好,易彎曲;耐油、耐磨、阻燃;適用溫度范圍廣等特點。適用于野外通信系統(tǒng)快速布線或反復收放;雷達、航空和艦船布線;油田、礦山、港口、電視現場轉播、通信線路搶修等條件嚴酷的場合。
