如何選擇合適的濾波器

  濾波器是一種選頻裝置,可以使信號(hào)中特定的頻率成分通過,而極大地衰減其他頻率成分。利用濾波器的這種選頻作用,可以濾除干擾噪聲或進(jìn)行頻譜分析。如何選擇合適的濾波器?根據(jù)干擾源的特性、頻率范圍、電壓和阻抗等參數(shù)及負(fù)載特性的要求,適當(dāng)選擇濾波器,一般考慮6各方面,看國創(chuàng)講解!
  
  其一,要求電磁干擾濾波器在相應(yīng)工作頻段范圍內(nèi),能滿足負(fù)載要求的衰減特性和插入損耗要求,若一種濾波器衰減量不能滿足要求時(shí),則可采用多級(jí)聯(lián),可以獲得比單級(jí)更高的衰減,不同的濾波器級(jí)聯(lián),可以獲得在寬頻帶內(nèi)良好衰減特性和插入損耗。
  
  其二,要滿足負(fù)載電路工作頻率和需抑制頻率的要求,如果要抑制的頻率和有用信號(hào)頻率非常接近時(shí),則需要頻率特性非常陡峭的濾波器,才能滿足把抑制的干擾頻率濾掉,只允許通過有用頻率信號(hào)的要求。
  
  其三,在所要求的頻率上,EMI濾波器RFI濾波器的阻抗必須與它連接的干擾源阻抗和負(fù)載阻抗相匹配,如果負(fù)載是高阻抗,則電源濾波器的輸出阻抗應(yīng)為低阻;如果電源或干擾源阻抗是低阻抗,則濾波器的輸出阻抗應(yīng)為高阻;如果電源阻抗或干擾源阻抗是未知的或者是在一個(gè)很大的范圍內(nèi)變化,很難得到穩(wěn)定的濾波特性,為了獲得濾波器具有良好的比較穩(wěn)定的濾波特性,可以在濾波器輸入和輸出端,同時(shí)并接一個(gè)固定電阻。
  
  其四,濾波器必須具有一定耐壓能力,要根據(jù)電源和干擾源的額定電壓來選擇電源濾波器,使它具有足夠高的額定電壓,以保證在所有預(yù)期工作的條件下都能可靠地工作,能夠經(jīng)受輸入瞬時(shí)高壓的沖擊。
  
  其五,電源濾波器允許通過應(yīng)與電路中連續(xù)運(yùn)行的額定電流一致。定電流的高了,會(huì)加大EMI濾波器的體積和重量;定電流的低了,又會(huì)降低EMI濾波器的可靠性。
  
  其六,電源濾波器應(yīng)具有足夠的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、重量輕、體積小、按裝方便,安全可靠 。
