國創(chuàng)關(guān)于濾波技術(shù)的發(fā)展淺談

  濾波器是射頻系統(tǒng)中必不可少的關(guān)鍵部件之一,主要是用來作頻率選擇,讓需要的頻率信號(hào)通過而反射不需要的干擾頻率信號(hào)。

  隨著電源連接器濾波技術(shù)的發(fā)展,在抑制電磁干擾方面,濾波技術(shù)具有高度的有效性,特別是對(duì)于開關(guān)電源的EMI信號(hào),能夠發(fā)揮良好的干擾傳導(dǎo)、干擾輻射的作用。

  前者主要是指在兩條導(dǎo)線之間傳輸?shù)母蓴_信號(hào),屬于對(duì)稱性干擾,其顯著特點(diǎn)是頻率低、干擾幅度小、生成的電磁干擾小;后者主要是指在導(dǎo)線和機(jī)殼(土地)之間傳輸?shù)母蓴_信號(hào),屬于非對(duì)稱性干擾,其顯著特點(diǎn)是頻率高、干擾幅度大、生成的電磁干擾大,同時(shí)也能夠借助導(dǎo)線形成輻射,擴(kuò)大輻射源。

  綜合上述,我們可以通過將EMI信號(hào)控制在EMI相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的極限電平之下的方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)削弱傳導(dǎo)干擾的目的。除了對(duì)干擾源進(jìn)行有效抑制之外,在開關(guān)電源的輸入電路和輸出電路當(dāng)中安裝EMI濾波器也是非常抑制電磁干擾的重要途徑。電子設(shè)備的常見工作頻率通常在10MHz-50MHz之間。EMC的很多標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的的傳導(dǎo)干擾電平極限值為10MHz,對(duì)于開關(guān)電源的高頻段EMI信號(hào),只要所選擇的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)簡單的EMI濾波器或者是去耦電路相對(duì)簡單的EMI濾波器,不僅能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)降低高頻共模電流強(qiáng)度的目的,還能夠滿足EMC規(guī)定的濾波效果。

  濾波電連接器的設(shè)計(jì)原理便是依據(jù)上述原理。用電設(shè)備和電源之間、各種用電設(shè)備之間存在著相互干擾的問題,而濾波電連接器是降低干擾的理想選擇。由于濾波電連接器的每一個(gè)插針上面都有一個(gè)低通濾波器,所以每一個(gè)插針均能夠有效過濾共模電流。另外,濾波電連接器也具有很好的兼容性,它的接口尺寸和外形大小與普通的電連接器相同,所以,它們之間能夠進(jìn)行直接的替換。
