限幅二極管中的限幅電路分類

  限幅二極管中限幅電路,就是指限制電路中某一點(diǎn)的信號(hào)幅度大小,當(dāng)信號(hào)幅度大到一定程度時(shí),不讓信號(hào)的幅度再增大;當(dāng)信號(hào)的幅度沒有達(dá)到限制的幅度時(shí),限幅電路不工作。

  限幅電路按功能分為上限幅電路、下限幅電路和雙向限幅電路三種。上限幅電路在輸入電壓高于某一上限電平時(shí)產(chǎn)生限幅作用;下限幅電路在輸入電壓低于某一下限電平時(shí)產(chǎn)生限幅作用;雙向限幅電路則在輸入電壓過(guò)高或過(guò)低的兩個(gè)方向上均產(chǎn)生限幅作用。

  1、二極管下限幅電路

  因二極管是串在輸入、輸出之間,故稱它為串聯(lián)限幅電路。若二極管具有理想的開關(guān)特性,那么,當(dāng)iu低于E時(shí),D不導(dǎo)通,ou=E;當(dāng)ui高于E以后,D導(dǎo)通,ou=iu。該限幅器的限幅特性如圖所示,當(dāng)輸入振幅大于E的正弦波時(shí),輸出電壓波形見??梢姡撾娐穼⑤敵鲂盘?hào)的下限電平限定在某一固定值E上,所以稱這種限幅器為下限幅器。如將圖中二極管極性對(duì)調(diào),則得到將輸出信號(hào)上限電平限定在某一數(shù)值上的上限幅器。

  2、二極管上限幅電路

  在下圖所示二極管上限限幅電路中,當(dāng)輸入信號(hào)電壓低于某一事先設(shè)計(jì)好的上限電壓時(shí),輸出電壓將隨輸入電壓而增減;但當(dāng)輸入電壓達(dá)到或超過(guò)上限電壓時(shí),輸出電壓將保持為一個(gè)固定值,不再隨輸入電壓而變,這樣,信號(hào)幅度即在輸出端受到限制。

  3、二極管雙向限幅電路

  將上、下限幅器組合在一起,就組成了如圖所示的雙向限幅電路。
